Cayman Theraplay's Basics groups are designed to support skills that typically develop around ages 4 to 6. Because repetition is key at this age, their program is designed to allow children to attend one or more weeks, giving them plenty of opportunity to practice, retain, and grow in confidence.

October Half Term Camp Details
Sign-up your child for Cayman Theraplay's mid-term break camp that runs Monday to Friday throughout the October break. Camps are back-to-back, allowing participation in one or both. Their Basics groups are designed to support skills that typically develop around ages 4 to 6. Limited spaces available, so be sure to sign-up early!
Their multi-sensory Literacy Basics Group is led by a speech-language therapists. This group is suitable for your child if they need support with developing pre-literacy skills including:
- Expanding letter-sound recognition
- Rhyming
- Listening comprehension
- Storytelling
Their multi-sensory Handwriting Basics Group is led by an occupational therapist. This group is suitable for your child if they need support with developing pre-writing skills such as:
- Drawing basic shapes (lines, curves, circles, diagonals)
- Name writing
- Pencil control skills
- Introduction to lowercase letters
Registration Deadline: Wednesday prior to the program start date. Register here!
- Dates: October 19th-23rd (Monday-Friday)
- Hours: 1.45pm-3pm (Literacy), 3pm-4.15pm (Handwriting), 1.45pm-4.15pm (Combined)
CI$300 for the week for one or CI$540 if combined (10% off)
