Coach Kris, a former Manchester City Academy Coach, has designed this bespoke camp for dedicated young footballers, providing them with the opportunity to learn and apply evidence-based techniques that are scientifically proven to enhance both performance and well-being.
The camp combines football with Positive Psychology, featuring a games-based football development program alongside a series of Positive Psychology interventions and workshops, including ice baths, HIIT training, meditation, breathwork, goal setting, positive leadership, resilience, and mindset development.

- Hours: 8.30am-4pm
