DG's 5K Challenge

The DG 5K Challenge is a community-focused walk and run held across all three Cayman Islands, bringing together residents and visitors for a morning of fitness and connection. Participants of all ages and fitness levels are invited to complete the 5-kilometre route while enjoying a vibrant and supportive atmosphere.

This year’s theme, “Honouring the Journey. Powered by Heart,” recognises the contributions of Deputy Governor Franz Manderson, while also highlighting the journeys of the 2026 beneficiaries, including Special Olympics Cayman Islands athletes, Jasmine, and the Breast Cancer Foundation.

Registration is CI$25 for adults and CI$10 for children under 18.
