The Alex Panton Foundation invite teenagers ages 13-17 to join their free support group, held twice per month, virtually.
Discussion topics will include: living with anxiety and depression, the impact of COVID-19, balancing life as a teen, stress and challenges.
Registration for this event must be in advance due to privacy reasons. Please register if you are interested in joining this group, or would like to sign your teen up.
