Join Enterprise Cayman for a dynamic panel discussion on the current state and future of women in technology, featuring female professionals at different career levels, from recent scholarship winners to seasoned leaders. 

This event, which will also be recorded for virtual guests, aims to provide a comprehensive exploration of the realities women face in the tech industry.

Gain insights into the evolving landscape of women in tech, addressing causes of underrepresentation, and strategies for promoting gender equality in this dynamic field. Throughout the discussion, panellists will explore the opportunities and challenges shaping the future of women in technology.

  • Chantelle Day, Moderator
    Chantelle Day is a Partner in Collas Crill's Financial Services and Regulatory team in Cayman. Chantelle has extensive experience with various investment fund structures, including hedge funds, private equity funds, technology and venture capital funds, cryptocurrency funds, segregated portfolio companies and unit trusts. Chantelle’s expertise in this area has been instrumental in guiding clients through the formation and structuring of their funds, as well as assisting them in securing strategic partnerships with other service providers in industry.
  • Danielle Faul, Speaker
    Danielle Faul is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) with over 8 years of experience in financial services and operating companies, including over 6 years in the digital assets space. Danielle specialises in funds, DAO’s, Web3 and Cayman Islands foundation companies, combining her wealth of knowledge and experience as an independent director with her passion for all things crypto. Danielle is the founder of Woman in Blockchain Cayman Islands with the mission of educating, empowering and promoting women in the crypto industry.
  • Emily O’Keeffe, Speaker (virtual)
    Emily O’Keeffe is a Senior Recruiter at SteppingStones Focusing on Tech Recruitment. With over six years of expertise in recruitment, Emily has established herself as a specialist in the Tech & Product, Engineering and Life Sciences sectors. Before joining SteppingStones, Emily excelled in an in-house recruitment role for a global Fintech company, where she focused on Crypto & Cybersecurity recruitment across the EMEA region.
  • Halle Whittaker, Speaker (virtual)
    Halle Whittaker was a recipient of the SteppingStones Educational Grant and has recently graduated from the University of Manchester with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Information Technology Management for Business. Halle is currently working for Procter & Gamble in the UK as an Application Manager Digital Solutions.
