Island Vibes BBQ - 4th of July

Island Vibes: Flavors of America Beach BBQ is a beachfront dining event at The Beach Deck at Kimpton Seafire. The evening brings together live fire cooking, smoked BBQ, seafood, grill stations and island-inspired flavours in a sunset setting by the sea. Guests can expect reserved seating, all-you-can-eat food stations, dessert stations, a mini kids buffet, kids’ activities, live DJ, live drummer, fire performers and fire pits. Beverages and a full bar will be available for purchase. Tickets start at CI $29.50 for ages 3–5.

The menu features a station-style coastal feast with dips and salads such as fire-roasted corn dip, Caribbean pumpkin hummus, smoked watermelon salad, grilled peach and burrata salad, Brazilian churrasco vegetable salad and roasted pineapple slaw.

Seafood options include lobster sliders, jerk shrimp skewers, Caribbean shrimp and lobster ceviche, lobster mac and cheese, island seafood rundown, achiote roasted whole snapper, Caribbean wahoo curry and crispy shrimp escovitch.

The grill and BBQ stations include lemon herb roast chicken, chimichurri picanha, island jerk porchetta and classic hickory smoked pork ribs. Signature sides include crispy potato wedges, Caribbean-style gungo peas rice, Cajun roasted cauliflower bites, fried sweet plantains and charred street corn elote.

Children can enjoy a kids’ station with cheese melt sliders, mini beef meatballs and spaghetti, chicken tenders and curly fries.

Desserts include blackberry and apple cookie pie, brownie-cheesecake sandwich, coconut cream pie verrine, cassava cake and freshly baked funnel cakes. The Seafire Float Bar lets guests build their own float with gelato, soda selections and toppings.
