Blue Tie Dinner - National Trust

By: The National Trust of the Cayman Islands
  • Date: Sat 31 Jan, 2026
  • Time: 6:30pm to 9:00pm

The Blue Tie Dinner is an elegant fundraising evening in support of The National Trust for the Cayman Islands. Guests will enjoy a refined dining experience alongside an exclusive showcase of Blu Lagartos, a limited-edition fine jewellery collection inspired by Cayman’s unique wildlife and plant life.

Designed by acclaimed jeweller Susan Foster and environmental advocate Céline Cousteau, the collection was created solely to raise funds for the National Trust. Susan Foster, who has deep Cayman Brac family roots, will be in attendance to share insights into the collaboration, while Miss Universe Cayman Islands 2025, Tahiti Seymour, will model selected pieces during the evening. The jewellery will be available for purchase at the event.

Tickets start at CI$200.
