The Women Empowerment Art Wellness Workshop celebrates Honouring Women Month through a guided therapeutic art-making experience. Led by trained Art Psychotherapist Anne-Marie Diaz, participants will explore women empowerment themes using art wellness techniques designed to support reflection and personal growth.
Guests will be guided step-by-step to create their own unique art image in a supportive and creative environment. The session focuses on self-expression and wellbeing through structured art practices.
