Island Strong Self Defense Class For Women

In celebration of Honouring Women Month, the Family Resource Centre has partnered with local self-defense expert Ronnie James to offer an empowering self-defense class for women.
Participants will learn practical techniques designed to build confidence, awareness and personal safety skills in a supportive environment. The session focuses on simple, effective strategies that can help women feel more prepared and empowered in everyday situations.
