Moore Morning Run, Walk & Talk is a monthly 5K community event focused on raising awareness about mental health in the Cayman Islands. Open to all fitness levels, participants are invited to run or walk the course while enjoying a supportive and energising group atmosphere. Following the event, attendees can connect over complimentary refreshments and engage in meaningful discussions on mental health with a representative from the Alex Panton Foundation. Free registration is available, with limited spaces each month.
