10K Panam Open Water Swim

The 10K Panam Open Water Swim is a premier open water event hosted by Cayman Aquatics in collaboration with PanAm Aquatics and the Flowers Group. Swimmers complete a 1.25km loop course just offshore at Public Beach, with individual 10K and 7.5K options plus 10K and 5K team relays. The 10K is open to Youth, Junior and Senior swimmers aged 14 and over with prior 5km open water experience, while relay swimmers must be aged 13 and over. All competitors must complete a pre-race medical check. Individual entry is CI$40 and relay team entry is CI$80.

This event is suitable for experienced open water swimmers, including Youth, Junior and Senior individual competitors, as well as relay teams of swimmers aged 13 and over.
Registration closes on 1 June 2026, so interested swimmers should secure their place in advance.
