Floating Sound Bath

Floating Sound Bath is a calming on-the-water session where participants paddle out, anchor and relax while listening to crystal bowls and other soothing sounds. The session is described as a way to reset the nervous system, support better sleep and add calm into the day. No prior experience is needed, but participants must be able to swim.
