About

Clever Fish School
Clever Fish offers full time schooling to children in Years 7-11 (ages 11 years to 16) who are bright, articulate and driven and benefit from a small, individualised school which can challenge and support each child. Clever Fish follows the British National curriculum and they prepare children for common entrance or IGCSEs. They can only accept a total of 30 students at the school, so spaces are quickly snapped up. All the teachers are subject specialists and have a proven track record of success at IGCSE and A Level. Clever Fish also runs a very popular afternoon enrichment programme and they offer camps in the school holidays.

School fees: Start at CI$1,500 per month (for 10 months)

Class sizes: Between 2 and 8 (per subject)

Clever Fish's Enrichment Programme
Then in the afternoons Clever Fish offers a very popular after-school term-time academic and enrichment programme which is run by experienced teachers. Children do their homework to a very high standard or catch up on some work that they are falling behind on. After they have completed this the children can play interactive academic games of which the school has many. Afternoon Enrichment Programme Hours: 2.30pm-6pm, Monday to Thursday. Cost: CI$50 per session. Ages: 8 and up (Year 3).

Afternoon Enrichment Programme Format:
The programme runs from 3pm-5.30pm. Children can be dropped off at 3pm and from 3.30pm-5pm all children work on academics. Primary school children sit with a primary school specialist. High School children can work with any subject specialist teacher (Maths, Science, English, History, Geography, RE). Their first job is to complete any homework that needs doing - properly! The teacher checks the child understands the work and completes the homework properly. If a child has any misunderstanding the work is re-taught so that it is understood properly. If all homework is completed, they move onto extension work. The teachers at Clever Fish can decide which subject the child needs extra help with and they provide work which will support their current learning in school. If there are tests or exams coming up then CF will ensure they are prepared. From 5pm-6pm, children who have worked well and finished everything can enjoy all the activities at Clever Fish. These include Lego, Robotics, Games, Drawing or just having fun with friends.
