Dr Grant Woo Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD)

Dr. Grant Woo has been a practicing Dentist for 32 years in Western Canada. In October 2022 he decided to relocate to Grand Cayman to continue pursuing his goal in life, which is to change the current image of dentistry. Dr. Grant Woo passionately feels that dental visits should not be as stressful for patients. He believes that through open communication and gentle care, your dental visit doesn’t have to be traumatic.

Over the many years as a Dentist, he realized that the current framework of Dentistry results in treatment of the tooth being separate from the rest of the body. His belief of Integrated healthcare has placed Dr. Grant on a path of Herbal Medicine. He is a member of the American Academy of Restorative medicine. He has found herbals to be a life changing improvement in his own health and wants to share the knowledge of herbals in his dental practice. He is also an active member of the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology, the organization where he received his SMART certification. Dr. Grant is a certified practitioner in NightLase laser therapy to treat snoring and Sleep apnea.

Dr. Grant attributes his success in dentistry to a belief in putting patients’ needs first and foremost. He has dedicated himself to a lifetime of continuing dental education. Along with being a general Dentist, he has a focus in areas of dental sleep apnea and laser dentistry. He is so very thankful for the trust his patients give him each day.
