The Powerhouse Gym is a state of the art facility that offers the widest range of weights, cardio and strength-training equipment, steam rooms, weight management and nutritional consultations, plus a variety of group fitness classes.
Classes include: High Altitude Power, Body Sculpt and Toning, Legs, Butt and Thighs, Power Aerobics, Reggae Aerobics, Full Body Stretch, and Dynamic Stretching.
They also offer one-on-one training with their internationally qualified personal trainers. Each personal trainer specialises in a specific area such as sports therapy, injury rehabilitation and nutrition.
Most of their group fitness classes are included as a part of the gym membership. Gym membership also includes entry to over 300 other Powerhouse Gym locations worldwide.
