Description
IRG is donating a total of USD$30,000 over 3 years to support Caymanians pursuing a career in the real estate, property or development sector.
This scholarship represents more than just financial support—it’s an investment in the future of the Cayman Islands’ real estate market. IRG is committed to supporting the long-term career success of scholarship recipients, including opportunities for mentorship, industry exposure and potential work placements within the real estate sector upon graduation.
Educational Requirement
Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher and must submit their official college or high school transcript in support of their application.
Terms & Conditions
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be Caymanian, a Caymanian Status Holder, or a Permanent Resident
- Be in good academic standing with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Demonstrate a strong desire to pursue a career in the real estate, property or development sector
- Be currently enrolled or have been offered a place for a certificate or degree at a recognised college or university, commencing at the start of the relevant academic year, within the real estate or property development sector. This may include one of the following concentrations:- Real Estate Diploma, Degree or Certificate
- Real Estate Specialist Certificate
- Real Estate Management
- Commercial Real Estate
- Business Degree with a focus on real estate
- Real Estate Sales and Marketing
- Real Estate Digital Marketing
- Property Management
- Urban Development
- Real Estate Development
- Construction Management
- Real Estate Financing
- Valuation Specialist/Surveyor
