Running is the foundation of many sports yet most people are never actually taught how to run properly. Arm, torso, hip, leg and foot movements all play essential roles in running. This program uses fun drills and exercises to build strength, agility, coordination and proper run technique. This is the most effective way for young athletes to prevent injury and become faster and more skilled in running and many other sports. Coached by Patrick Harfield, a Certified Personal Trainer, Triathlon Coach and Run Technique Specialist.
