About

Join KidsAbility for their Learn to Ride Programme! This program is designed to help your child build confidence and essential bike-riding skills in a safe and supportive environment.

Throughout the week, your child will learn how to:

  • Put on their helmet properly
  • Get on and off their bike safely
  • Park their bike correctly
  • Steer, start, and stop with control
  • Glide with balance
  • Progress towards independent pedaling and riding

Each child learns at their own pace, and while KidsAbility's goal is to help them ride independently by the end of the week, they cannot guarantee this for every participant.

To ensure maximum support, an Occupational Therapist and assistant will be present at each session. Caregivers are encouraged to attend to help monitor children during break times or as needed.
