About
Literacy Basics Camp
Led by experienced speech and language therapists, this program
sparks curiosity and builds confidence in a way that feels more like
play than practice. This group is suitable for your child if they need
support with developing pre-literacy skills including:
- Expanding letter-sound recognition
- Rhyming
- Listening comprehension
- Storytelling
These skills typically develop around ages 4 to 6.

Stage 1 Camp Dates:
Dates in July (1:45pm - 3pm): June 30th - July 4th, July 9th - July 11th (note, only 2 days), July 21st - July 25th, July 28th - August 1st.
Dates in August (1:45pm - 3pm): August 4th - August 8th, August 11th - August 15th, August 18th - August 22nd, August 25th - August 29th.
Stage 2 Camp Dates:
Dates in July (3:30-4:45pm): July 1st - July 3rd, July 8th - July 10th, July 15th - July 17th, July 22nd - July 24th, July 29th - July 31st.
Dates in August (3:30-4:45pm): August 5th - August 7th, August 12th - August 14th, August 19th - August 21st, August 26th - August 28th.
