Maths Programme

This maths intervention is based on an evidence-based approach designed to support students who struggle with number concepts, problem-solving, and mathematical understanding.

The programme focuses on developing a strong foundation in number sense, helping students to:

  • - Build understanding of number relationships and place value
  • - Improve accuracy and confidence in calculations
  • - Develop problem-solving and reasoning skills
  • - Strengthen their ability to apply mathematical concepts

Instruction is delivered in small groups (maximum 3 students), allowing for targeted teaching and regular feedback.

This approach is widely used internationally to support students with:

  • - Gaps in foundational maths skills
  • - Difficulty understanding number concepts
  • - Low confidence in maths

What this means for your child

Students are not just learning procedures—they are learning to understand how maths works, building a strong foundation for long-term success.
