Fire & Moon: A Night of Sound, Release and Dance offers you a chance to unwind, reflect and let go of what no longer serves you, while embracing the energy of the moon and enjoying an evening of fun, movement, and connection.

This event is designed to support your mental and physical well-being through sound healing, a reflective release ceremony and an energising dance experience. With the stunning view of the full moon rising over Cayman, this evening will leave you feeling refreshed, recharged, and ready to embrace new possibilities.

What to Expect:

• Sound Healing: The evening begins with a calming sound healing session, where soothing vibrations from singing bowls and gongs will help you relax, clear your mind, and find your centre. This session promotes mental clarity, reduces stress and prepares you for the transformative evening ahead.
• Personal Release Ceremony: In the tranquil light of the rising moon, we guide you through a reflective release ceremony. You’ll have the opportunity to write down anything you wish to release—whether it’s stress, old habits, or limiting beliefs—and symbolically let it go by burning the paper in the fire. This simple, powerful act clears the way for renewal and personal growth.
• Fire Pit Dance and Celebration: The evening culminates with a fun and lively dance session around the fire pit, enhanced by silent disco headphones. Dance freely, enjoy the music, and let go of any remaining tension as you celebrate under the moonlight. The music and fire create an energising, uplifting atmosphere that encourages self-expression and joy.
