Vanguard Risk Solutions Cross Island Relay

The 51st Annual Vanguard Risk Solutions Cross Island Relay returns on Sunday, 8 March 2026, bringing together more than 600 runners for Cayman’s longest-running sporting tradition. Teams of five will each complete a four-mile leg, racing across the island in a spirited competition that has united the community for over five decades.
Participants compete for trophies in Overall, Female, Corporate and School divisions. Every registered runner receives a commemorative event T-shirt, and all proceeds support Inclusion Cayman.
