Art Wellness Workshop

Art Wellness Workshop is a monthly guided session led by Anne-Marie Diaz, trained in Art Psychotherapy, art instruction, and therapeutic techniques. Participants are supported through art-making to create their own unique piece while focusing on self-expression and overall wellbeing. Each session encourages relaxation, creativity, and personal reflection in a welcoming environment. Tickets are CI$55 per session.
