Andrea Hill is a Holistic Nutrition Educator and whole food advocate with expertise in hormonal balance and digestive wellness.
With an undergraduate degree in Food & Nutrition (Ryerson University) and Masters of Science degree in Health & Nutrition Education (Hawthorn University), Andrea understands that there is no singular approach when it comes to our diets. She recognises that each person has a unique set of biochemistry and as such, their diet should reflect this individuality.
Andrea uses her holistic approach to nutrition to provide clients with the knowledge and tools necessary to make informed food and lifestyle decisions that best support their health goals and well-being.
