About

Founded in 1971, the Cayman Rugby Football Union has been the Island's rugby destination for over 50 years! Based in South Sound, the Union administers and delivers rugby programs throughout the Cayman Islands for both adults and youth players.

The Rugby Club holds the Maples Group Junior Rugby Community Programme for girls and boys aged 3-16 years old on Saturdays 8am-12pm & Sundays 10am-12pm from November to May. Artex and Maples Group academies are held on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 3.30pm-4.30pm from November to June. The Union also has its own pitch and clubhouse on South Sound Road. There are leagues for veterans, men, women, and junior girls and boys rugby players. Most games are played on the weekends between October and June. Men’s and women’s training sessions are held twice a week, with a full-time coach available to coordinate and coach players and teams. Tradeview Markets Corporate Mixed Touch Rugby League is held from June-September.
