CICSA Credit Union

The Cayman Islands Civil Service Association (CICSA) Co-operative Credit Union is a member-based financial co-operative providing banking, loan and mortgage services as well as financial advice to members with a particular focus on:

• Providing services at low fees
• Encouraging saving
• Offering competitive loans.

They are open Monday to Friday 9am-4pm and Friday 9am-4.30pm.

The CICSA Co-operative Credit Union puts people before profit. Members are not just customers but owners/shareholders with a voice, a vote, and a stake in its collective success.

Membership is open to all ages. Children and teens can start saving early with a Youth Account, supported by a parent or guardian and once they turn 18, they can seamlessly transition into full membership and enjoy the full range of member benefits.

Full membership is available to individuals who are:

• Employed by the Government of the Cayman Islands
• Employed by Government-owned entities or Statutory Authorities operating in the Cayman Islands
• Employees of utility companies and their wholly owned subsidiaries operating in the Cayman Islands
• Staff of healthcare facilities licensed to operate in the Cayman Islands
• Pensioners of any of the above-mentioned entities
• Active members of the Farmers Co-operative and registered agro-processors operating in the Cayman Islands
• Immediate and extended relatives of existing members, provided they are residents of the Cayman Islands
