Dr. Rommel El-Madany is a consultant/specialist OB/GYN. He specialises in gynaecologic wellness, high risk pregnancy, infertility (IUI/In Utero Insemination), traditional and advanced laparoscopic/ endoscopic surgery. He delivers babies and operates at both HSA and Health City Camana Bay. He owns Helena Medical Group Cayman Islands.

Services include: advanced laparoscopic/endoscopic surgery and minimal invasive surgery for heavy periods, fibroids, endometriosis, urinary incontinence, sterilisation and prolapse.

Advanced equipment includes: 4D, 3D and coloured ultrasound, digital colposcope and LEEP procedures. One-stop cancer screen, foetal anomaly scan, nuchal translucency and amniocentesis tests, NIPT etc. Packages are available for pregnancy care and delivery.

Open Monday-Friday 9am-4pm (half day only on Wednesday). Only emergencies on weekends and public holidays. No online consultations.

Insurance from all local insurance providers is accepted, however, patients with CINICO coverage must get a referral from the Medical Director at the Cayman Islands Hospital first. They do not accept overseas insurance.
