Dermatology

Dr Kashish Tyagi specialises in diagnosing and managing a wide range of skin, hair, and nail disorders, integrating both medical and cosmetic dermatology. He offers advanced facial skin rejuvenation and anti-ageing treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, non-surgical thread lifts, minimally invasive procedures, and dermatologic surgeries such as cyst excisions, mole and skin tag removal, electrocauterisation, and radiofrequency ablation.

Dr Tyagi also provides advanced Mole Mapping with FotoFinder — a state-of-the-art digital skin imaging system that uses high-resolution photography, dermoscopy, and AI-assisted technology to monitor moles and detect subtle skin changes over time. Dr. Rajnish Kumar is an expert in dealing with complicated diabetes cases, with more than 17 years of clinician experience. Being a tech-savvy guy, he took maximum advantage of upcoming technology by integrating them into the field of diabetology & preventive medicine.

Dr. Kumar is trained in the fields of Internal Medicine, Diabetology & Critical Care.

Dr. Priyanka is a qualified eye surgeon with over 13 years of experience in the field of Ophthalmology. She completed her graduation and post-graduation from the prestigious Prince of Wales Medical College after which she spent five years providing specialised treatment for Corneal conditions, Cataract, and Glaucoma in various reputed eye hospitals.

She further complimented her Ophthalmic education by completing the Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons (part 2), Glasgow and the Fellowship of the International Council of Ophthalmology (part 2).

Dr. Priyanka has also worked alongside Retina specialists and is well-versed in diagnosing and providing treatment for retinal disorders while also gaining valuable experience in performing eye surgeries – especially anterior segment surgeries.

Otorhinolaryngology (ENT)

Dr. Gyanendra Jha, Otorhinolaryngologist (ENT), is a Senior Specialist with Total Health. He has excellent medical knowledge, sharp clinical skills, and vast experience treating patients with Ear, Nose, and Throat conditions. Dr. Jha has earned numerous awards and recognitions from his medical peers as well as the Cayman Islands community.

Dr. Jha has served for over 35 plus years, through the Health Service Authority of the Cayman Islands (HSA), to the public providing not only expertise in his field but also, an invaluable contribution to the Health Care sector.

Gynaecology

Dr. Pooja Monteiro is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynecologist with more than eleven years of experience. Dr. Monteiro completed her MBBS from the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, India. She received her DNB (Obstetrics & Gynecology) awarded by the National Board of Examinations in New Delhi India. She was awarded a Diploma in Family Planning awarded by the College of Physicians & Surgeons in Mumbai, India. She was awarded the MRCOG-I by the Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynecologists in the United Kingdom.

Orthopaedics

Dr. Alwin Almeida renowned in Arthroscopy, Sports Surgery, and Joint Replacement, boasts an impressive 20-year history in orthopaedics. With over 5,000 surgeries, spanning from Joint Replacements to intricate Arthroscopic Interventions, such as Shoulder Arthroscopic Latarjet and Minimally Invasive Joint Replacement, he's a beacon of expertise. Notably, he's guided numerous professional athletes to recovery, aiding their return to active sporting careers. Dr. Almeida aspires to shape a Center of Excellence for Orthopaedics in the Caribbean through Total Health's Orthopaedic Department, prioritising patient healing and root cause analysis. In his role as an Orthopaedic Surgeon at Total Health, he'll continue leveraging his expertise and compassion to positively impact those experiencing pain and discomfort.

Aesthetics

Dr. Shalini Sharma is a highly accomplished doctor with over 22 years of experience in dentistry and advanced facial aesthetics. She holds a Master’s degree in Pediatric Dentistry from the College of Dental Sciences, Davangere, Karnataka, and a Bachelor’s degree in Dental Surgery from BVP Dental College and Hospital, Pune, Maharashtra. Dr. Sharma has received numerous accolades throughout her academic career, including being named Best Outgoing Student during her postgraduate training and earning a gold medal in her MDS program.

Committed to bringing advanced non-surgical aesthetic technologies to the Cayman Islands, Dr. Sharma has expanded her expertise to include Fotona laser technology — one of the world’s leading multi-platform aesthetic laser systems. Fotona combines Nd:YAG and Er:YAG laser wavelengths to address a wide range of concerns including skin tightening, collagen stimulation, resurfacing, pigmentation, scar remodeling, and overall skin rejuvenation, with minimal downtime and highly customizable treatment options.
