The Matrix is the Cayman Islands' premier virtual reality entertainment centre, offering more than 150 immersive VR games and experiences for ages eight and up. From action-packed multiplayer adventures and escape rooms to racing simulators and relaxing virtual journeys, there's something for gamers, families, friends and corporate groups alike. The venue also hosts camps, birthday parties, team-building events and private group bookings.
Types of VR to Choose:
- Standing VR - Offers more active experiences such as escape rooms, shooting games, boxing, archery, sports, music-based and adventure apps and many more.
- Free Roam VR - Best for groups of 3-6 players where you all play together in a 20x20ft space, moving around in the same VR world playing as a team or against each other.
- Sitting VR - Best for travel and educational experiences, roller coaster, driving, flying and other relaxed types of experiences.
- Racing Sims - The Matrix offers 4 Driving simulators that offers a range of racing experiences against the clock or racing against up to 3 others at the same time. Choose between Formula 1 Racing, Rally car races, or — if you want something crazy — try to survive a demolition derby!
