If you are looking to re-gain strength following the birth of your child or simply factor some self-care into your weekly routine then mummy-and-me workout classes in Cayman are a great way to get out of house and meet some other new mums too!
The following mum-focused fitness programs lead parents through a series of healthy exercises while babies are welcome to watch, be held, be fed, or even nap!
Please note that to avoid any physical injuries, it is important to have sign off from your OBGYN or GP before embarking on any fitness routine post pregnancy.

Class: Mommy & Me Movement

Class Description: A four-week class series which will gently ease mums back into full body movement alongside your little one. A stroller is needed as the class will start outside.
