About

Established in 1999, Motions Unlimited in the Cayman Islands was created to inspire children of all ages to lead healthier, happier lives through fun and fitness. Their goal is to help kids grow strong, confident, and active through the sport of gymnastics.

Motions is proud to be the largest and most advanced gymnastics facility in the Cayman Islands—and the only gym with an actively traveling competitive team. Their athletes participate in multiple competitions throughout the season, representing Cayman internationally in USA Gymnastics Levels 2–10 as well as the full Xcel programme, all while training at the highest levels.

They offer a full preschool and recreational programme alongside their competitive team, with weekly classes starting at just 24 months old. Whether your child is new to the sport or striving for the podium, Motions provides the structure, support, and excitement to help them thrive.

Their state-of-the-art facility includes a full-size trampoline, Tumble Trak, bouncy castle, and more—perfect for birthday parties and special events! With a dedicated party room and on-site snack bar, Motions is where fun and fitness meet.

Their Toddler Play Day sessions are extremely popular and are a great way to meet other parents while your children run about and let off steam. The sessions, which are for children aged 18 months to six years, are run on Wednesdays and Thursdays 10.30am-12pm, and Saturdays 8.30am-10am.

These cost CI$20 per child and CI$35 for two siblings, and you must purchase a package of 10 visits in advance. Your 11th visit will be free. You must be a registered member in the Motions Jackrabbit parent portal and all payments must be made in advance online through Butterfield. More information on how to make payments can be found on their website, www.motionsunlimited.com. Please note that their Toddler Play Days are extremely popular and fill up completely in advance. You cannot just turn up and pay on the day; you MUST register in advance to reserve your child's spot as the number of children allowed in the gym is capped.

Holidays
During Halloween, they host 'Super Spooky Saturday' and during Easter, they have a 'Spring Fling' both from 6pm-9pm for kids over 4 years old.

Birthday Parties
Motions Unlimited host parties on Saturdays from 3.30pm-5.30pm through the months of September-June. Their package also includes themed decorations and a cake, making it a super easy options for parents!

Parkour
Parkour is an action-packed training discipline that builds strength, agility, and confidence through dynamic movements inspired by military obstacle courses. From jumping and climbing to vaulting and rolling, students learn to move through their environment with power and control. At Motions Unlimited, our Parkour program is designed for kids aged 8 and up—whether they're just getting started or already mastering advanced skills. Classes are held Mondays and Fridays, offering a high-energy environment that challenges both beginners and experienced participants.
